Poncho Rocha

Poncho Rocha hails from Mexico City. He ventured to the United States in late 2016 in search of a better life. That same year, he tied the knot in Mexico City.

He pursued his studies in Project Management at the LDS Business College (Ensign College).

Following the pandemic, Poncho began his career at ADT and has since been engaged in door-to-door sales, initially focusing on alarm systems in Alabama. He then transitioned to the solar industry, which required him to relocate to California, before ultimately returning to Utah to work in roofing.

Family holds the utmost importance for him; he has four daughters and a wonderful wife. His passion lies in spending time at Lifetime Fitness with his wife and playing pickleball together. (He’s not quite fit yet, though) 😅

Marcelo

Marcelo hails from Guerrero, Mexico. Preferring to remain anonymous, we’ve uploaded the nearest image to represent him. 😅

As an established install partner at Roan Roofing, he serves as the crew leader and will be present at your job site overseeing your roofing project.

He embarked on this journey at the age of 18, inspired by his older brothers who were already working in the industry in Texas.

Fast forward six years, and he has become renowned as one of the best in the roofing trade.

He is currently single.
