We recognize that a quality roof is merely a byproduct of exceptional labor. A significant portion of roofing work is carried out by the Latino community. During my own construction projects or re-roofs, I would often engage in conversations with the workers on-site, and the recurring theme was clear: they were underpaid.

This realization inspired me to create Roan Roofing, founded on the principles of knowledge and opportunity for my community.
